Quotation & Payments:

Your window cleaning price will be quoted on either a 4 weekly or 8 weekly service.
If the job changes from when it was quoted e.g. schedule, access, size of the property the price will change to reflect this.
A minimum of 3 cleans is required before any cancellation.
Payment can be made via Go Cardless Link through our website www.cutabovewindowcleaning.co.uk.
Payment needs to be made within 30 days if not interest will occur at a rate of 8% above the bank of England base rate and will occur daily.
Any invoices not paid will be passed onto a debt collection agency.

The Service

We will provide your window cleaning service as agreed from the start date until told otherwise.
If work beyond the normal remit is required there may be additional fees.
If there is a problem with the service we will use reasonable efforts to make it a trouble-free service.

Customer Obligations

You will ensure the window cleaner can access the property.
If we require access to the rear of the property, it will be given.
You must give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you do not require the service. If less than 24 hours’ notice we will invoice you the normal rate.
If you do not provide us with the required access and do not have a good reason we will remove you from the round and there may be additional charges incurred.

Cancellations need to be made to info@cutabovewindowcleaning.co.uk or to your window cleaner directly via the phone number or facebook.
